Experience Aboriginal culture with Bush to Bowl Educators in the natural setting of Centennial Parklands. This workshop introduces participants to the traditions and customs of Australia’s First Nations through dance activities. This country has been used for sharing knowledge about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures for generations
Over 1.5 hours, children will learn a range of First Nations dance styles and traditional movements, exploring how these practices reflect local environments, cultural responsibilities, and community values. Participants will also have the opportunity to apply ochre to their hands or face.
