Little Posers Yoga

Mindset and Movement

Little Posers build students self-esteem by building them up physically, mentally and emotionally. By setting them challenging, yet achievable goals students are able to see their personal improvement.

Self-management and regulation tools are essential life skills. When children understand that mistakes can be opportunities to grow, befriend their inner-critic and choose empowering thoughts they transform their relationships with themselves and their peers.

In PDHPE, students will develop knowledge, skills and understanding:

Virtual Option

What is provided:

  • An interactive activity delivered via Zoom.
  • Your Zoom link and instructions on how to connect will be sent to you before your session starts.
  • Each Virtual Experience can be custom tailored for your group.

What you will need to provide:

  • Access to Zoom.
  • For large groups a big screen would be ideal, and a laptop or tablet for small groups.

Facilitator profile

Kristy is the founder of Little Posers Yoga.

Her mission is to positively impact the lives of 1 million children.

Kristy’s passion for mental health and wellbeing stems from her desire to make sure that no child feels about themselves the way she did when she was young.

Kristy is an NLP practitioner, coach & kids’ yoga therapy specialist. She loves blending the skills she has to create transformational classes and feels truly grateful to be doing this work.

A good relaxing incursion that engaged and had a good learning experience. The person who ran the session was polite and worked well.

The yoga was great, such a good idea but the lady who ran it was a little rude to the children especially the younger children that were excited. She got frustrated at one of the pre-schoolers who has trouble staying concentrated or understanding instructions. Overall though, the activity was really good but she could have been a little more patient with the little ones

The lady who ran this was super engaging and made the Yoga experience fun. She managed to keep almost all children engaged and finish the session even the children who said they didn't like yoga or didn't want to participate.
