Little Posers build students self-esteem by building them up physically, mentally and emotionally. By setting them challenging, yet achievable goals students are able to see their personal improvement.
Self-management and regulation tools are essential life skills. When children understand that mistakes can be opportunities to grow, befriend their inner-critic and choose empowering thoughts they transform their relationships with themselves and their peers.
