Join Bush to Bowl for a hands-on propagation workshop led by an Aboriginal educator, who will share First Nations knowledge about caring for Country through the fascinating world of Pigface – a hardy native succulent with bright, daisy-like flowers and tasty edible leaves and fruit.
Children will discover how new plants grow by learning simple propagation techniques, while hearing how Pigface has been used by Aboriginal people for thousands of years.
They’ll head home with new gardening skills, a deeper appreciation for First Nations culture, and their very own succulent to care for.
