In a world where children are consumed by technology and instant gratification, the relaxed pace of the farm is a perfect opportunity for all ages to take a moment to reflect on how the food they consume gets to their tables.

Highlights

  • Farm Tour – Sight Beehives, learn about different plantings and inspect the packing shed
  • Honey Tastings and watch a DVD on how the farm produces it’s honey
  • Tractor Ride
  • Animals – check out the animals that live on the farm including goats, pigs, geese, chickens, guinea pigs and horses
  • Pick your own fruit to take home – Have a go at picking whatever fruit is in season on your visit! Children must bring their own bag to collect and take home fruit

There is no such thing as bad weather, just wrong clothes! If weather unkind alternate undercover activities will provided/adjusted to accommodate the weather.
