I wanted to pass on our thanks for today’s Dunc’s Honey incursion with Duncan. The experience was 10/10. Duncan’s enthusiasm, passion, and deep knowledge about bees truly engaged both the children and educators. We especially appreciated the way he wove Indigenous stories and artifacts into the session, beautifully aligning with our NAIDOC Week celebrations.

This activity was great! Our kids loved seeing the Bees and their hive, putting on the beekeeping suits and scraping the honey off the wax AND tasting the honey!

Okay I was sceptical with incursion but had been told Duncan is very good. That is not true
- he was AMAZING !!!!! I did not think this activity would hold my kids interest BUT it did -
they and staff loved this :)

Duncan provides an amazing hands on experience for preschool aged children
He takes his time to educate children on the importance of bee's and provides them with a fun and interactive lesson
Duncan takes his time to make sure that each child understands and has the time to ask whatever questions they want
Hands down, one of the best in-services I have had over the years in early childhood

Dunc was great, we had him come to our Early Learning Centre and Vacation Care and the children loved it. He was very organised, adapted things to the ages of the children, prompt, polite and responded promptly. We would definately recommend him and have him come back again.
