Hula hooping offers a myriad of health benefits while bringing joy through its playful nature.

This activity is the ultimate mind-body workout, combining high-intensity aerobic exercise with skill development.

HoopRobics warms up bodies first without hoops, then transitions into learning hoop basics, tricks, and waist hooping.  Children will practice hoop choreography, culminating in a show-off session where they can display their new skills in groups.
