Shelter Challenge

Centennial Parklands

Sydney & Surrounds

This autumn, Centennial Park’s OOSH program puts the spotlight on shelter – the first priority for survival in the bush. Children work together to design and build a lean-to debris shelter using natural loose parts, then put their creations to the test.

Through hands-on challenges and imaginative play, participants develop teamwork, problem-solving skills and confidence in an outdoor setting.

Where: The WILD PLAY Discovery Centre – Centennial Park
Dates: 7 – 17 April 2026 (excluding Wednesdays)
Session Times: flexible between 9am and 3pm

Special Cancellation Fees apply to this activity. Please refer to our documentation page for further information.
